They’re my favorite, and this stir-fry is definitely easy, quick, and best of all, you can use vegetables you have on hand, not just the vegetables that are in my recipe! Peanut sauce, edamame, cabbage, carrots, onion, celery - an unusual combination that comes together in a very tasty way!
